On behalf of our stylists, we kindly ask for at least 24hr notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less than 24hr notice is given to cancel or reschedule, you will be responsible to pay 50% of the scheduled service(s) Same day, last minute cancelations or no-shows will be required to pay 100% of the service(s) booked.

Please note that if you are 15min late to your scheduled appointment, we may have to reschedule if it can not be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you within 15min or more or the scheduled appointment time, it will be considered as a "no-show" and will be treated as a missed appointment.

Upon booking all services, we  do require a a debit/credit card to be saved to your client profile. This is to keep the scheduled appointment reserved.

ALL CANCELATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED VIA ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM OR PHONE/VOICEMAIL
